Thank you for choosing our services. These Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding your use of the BloxyTrade website, so please read them carefully. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue your use of our website.

By accessing or using our services, and/or creating a Customer Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy and other website-specific or promotion-specific terms relevant to your participation.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering and/or using any part of the BloxyTrade website (“Website”), you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, as well as the terms and conditions of any promotional activities, bonuses, or special offers. Collectively, these are referred to as the “Terms”. Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, we urge you to stop using our services. Continued use of the website is confirmation of your agreement to the Terms.

1.2 Parties to the Agreement

The platform is owned and operated by BloxyTrade. References to “us”, “our”, “we”, “Website” or “Company” in these Terms refer to BloxyTrade. This Agreement is a binding legal agreement between our users (“you,” “your”, “User”) and the Website.

1.3 Modification to Terms

These Terms may change from time to time and are applicable to you in the version published on this page from time to time. We’ll notify you of changes by updating this page, or in the case of more important changes, you’ll be notified via email or other means of communication channels. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1 Legal Compliance

We do not intend to offer our services to individuals in violation of their local laws. You agree to use our services in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in your jurisdiction. We bear no responsibility for any illegal or unauthorized use of our services. Any violation of the Terms may result in suspension of the account and forfeiture of any items and/or active balance.

2.2 Taxes & Fees

You are responsible for any taxes associated with sales through our website. If your local authorities require taxation of your sales, you must report them accordingly.

All sales completed on the Website are subject to a mandatory 14.5% transaction fee. This fee is automatically deducted from the sale price and is non-refundable. The fee is necessary to maintain our servers, provide secure bot automation, and support continuous platform development.

Peer-to-peer trades that include items from two or more different games ("cross-game trades") are subject to a flat fee per completed trade; trades that stay within a single game are not charged this flat fee. When a flat fee applies, the sender selects how it is allocated between the participants (paid in full by either party or split evenly between them). Separately, a 14.5% commission is applied to any Balance received through a trade (calculated in the same manner as a sale), regardless of the games involved. The applicable fees are disclosed to both participants before a trade is accepted, are automatically deducted upon completion, and are non-refundable.

3. OUR SERVICES

3.1 Site Balance

The Website allows you to store value in the form of "Balance" (denominated in USD). This Balance can be used on the Website to purchase virtual items from other users or the platform, and to send or request Balance as part of a peer-to-peer trade. Balance is not a bank account and does not accrue interest.

3.2 Peer-to-Peer Trading

The Website offers an optional peer-to-peer trading feature that allows Users to exchange virtual items and/or Balance directly with one another. Trading is disabled by default and must be enabled by each User in their account settings; both participants must have trading enabled for an offer to be created or accepted. While trading is enabled, your tradable inventory may be visible to other Users so that they can include your items in an offer.

A trade offer remains pending until it is accepted, declined, cancelled, or expires. All offers are processed by our automated system, which verifies item ownership, balance sufficiency, and applicable fees at the moment of acceptance. If either participant no longer holds the required items or Balance, is subject to a restriction, or has disabled trading, the offer will be automatically declined and no exchange will occur. BloxyTrade does not guarantee the value, rarity, or authenticity of any item offered in a trade, and you are solely responsible for reviewing the contents and fees of an offer before accepting it.

4. PROHIBITED ACTIONS

4.1 Account

Only one account per person is allowed on our website, unless expressly authorised by the Website to have more. You must not impersonate other users nor register an account on behalf of a third-party. You are not allowed to provide fraudulent registration or User details.

4.2 Fraudulent Activity

Any type of attempt to commit fraud or undertake fraudulent activity is not allowed. You are prohibited from tampering with, modifying, or altering any information on the website. Any action that disrupts the website's performance is strictly forbidden, including the use and distribution of viruses, malware, and scripts. Mass mailing (spam), exploiting and use of any automated software is also prohibited.

4.3 Communications

Offensive communication with employees or other users, including profanity, belittling, or threats, is strictly prohibited. You must not post harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

4.4 Unauthorized Access

Unauthorized access to the Website, its servers, or associated computers is not allowed. If we suspect you of hacking attempts or bypassing the security system, we will be forced to immediately suspend your account.

4.5 Account Circumvention and Self-Dealing

Users are strictly prohibited from creating or using additional accounts to bypass platform restrictions, limits, or bans. Furthermore, users are expressly forbidden from purchasing or trading items between their own accounts, or acting in concert with others to artificially simulate demand or to move items or Balance between coordinated accounts (wash trading). Any user detected engaging in account circumvention or self-dealing will face immediate termination of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of access to the platform.

5.1 Copyright

By sharing any information or data (written or graphic), you confirm you have the right to share it, accept that you are solely responsible for uploading it and grant the Website a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it.

6. PAYMENTS & FINANCIAL INTEGRITY

6.1 Third-Party Providers

All payment processing is handled by third-party payment service providers. We are not responsible for any errors or issues with these service providers.

6.2 Refunds

Purchases of Balance or items are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of genuine platform error. If you believe your account has been billed incorrectly, notify our support team immediately.

6.3 Transactions

The Website facilitates transactions between users, including purchases, sales, and peer-to-peer trades. While we strive to ensure safety, we are not responsible for disputes arising from off-platform agreements. Once items and/or Balance are exchanged and accepted through our automated system — whether by a buyer in a sale or by a participant in a trade — the transaction is considered final and is not reversible.

6.4 Unauthorized Transactions & Legal Recourse

BloxyTrade maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards fraudulent financial activity. Unauthorized chargebacks, the use of stolen credit cards, identity theft, or any form of financial fraud are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the absolute right to take immediate legal action, including but not limited to civil litigation and reporting to federal and local law enforcement authorities, against any user found to be engaging in unauthorized purchases, credit card fraud, or chargeback abuse.

In the event of suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, BloxyTrade reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to seize, freeze, or liquidate any assets held in your account—including virtual items, inventory, and account balance—to recoup financial losses, cover legal fees, and compensate for administrative damages incurred by the platform. By using our services, you expressly consent to this right of offset and liquidation.

6.5 Stolen Goods & Money Laundering

BloxyTrade strictly prohibits the sale of scammed or stolen goods on our platform. We are not a laundering service for stolen digital items and maintain a zero-tolerance policy for such activities.

If a verifiable stolen digital item is identified on our site, BloxyTrade reserves the full authority to immediately terminate the offending account and seize all goods and balances held within it. This measure is taken to protect the integrity of our marketplace and its users.

6.6 Separation of Deposit Funds and Withdrawal Disbursements

Deposits made via third-party payment processors are used exclusively for the purpose of purchasing virtual items and services available on the BloxyTrade marketplace. Deposited funds are converted into non-refundable Spendable Balance, which may only be applied toward on-platform purchases and cannot be withdrawn.

Withdrawable Balance is earned solely through completed sales of virtual items to other users on the platform. Withdrawable Balance represents earnings from marketplace activity and is not derived from, funded by, or sourced from the User's own deposits or any third-party payment processor funds. Withdrawal disbursements — whether via cryptocurrency or other supported methods — are independent platform payouts funded by BloxyTrade's operational revenue and are entirely separate from the payment processing pipeline used for deposits.

By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) deposited funds cannot be withdrawn and are consumed upon purchase; (b) withdrawal disbursements are not refunds, reversals, or pass-throughs of deposited funds; (c) withdrawal payouts are not processed through or associated with any deposit payment processor or method; and (d) BloxyTrade maintains full separation between deposit payment processing and withdrawal disbursement operations.

7. WITHDRAWALS, RISK MANAGEMENT, AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

7.1 Account Balances and Withdrawal Requests

Any balance reflected in a User's account represents a limited, conditional, and revocable right to request a withdrawal or apply such balance toward services available on the Website. Account balances do not constitute deposits, stored value, custodial funds, electronic money, or a bank account. All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by BloxyTrade and may be delayed, restricted, or denied in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Balance Adjustments and Settlement Risk

Your Withdrawable Balance represents a conditional settlement estimate, not a final amount owed or payable. The balance reflects provisional platform credits subject to ongoing transaction clearing, risk assessment, and payment network settlement processes. Displayed balances do not constitute deposits, stored value, custodial funds, or a debt obligation until a withdrawal has been requested, processed, and finalized. The balance grants only a conditional right to request conversion of platform credits into a cash payout, subject to final settlement calculation under these Terms. Your Withdrawable Balance is a provisional settlement estimate that remains subject to adjustment until a withdrawal has been fully processed and finalized. Prior to that point, BloxyTrade may adjust your Withdrawable Balance due to payment reversals, chargebacks, transaction disputes, fraud prevention measures, processor fees or penalties, payment network settlement requirements, regulatory compliance obligations, or platform operational needs.

Your Withdrawable Balance may be adjusted at any time prior to withdrawal completion due to: BloxyTrade may apply risk-based balance adjustments of up to five percent (5%) of the applicable balance to manage financial risks arising from chargebacks, payment reversals, fraud, or aggregate platform losses exceeding accumulated reserves (“Deficit Event”). Such adjustments are part of the settlement and clearing process and do not constitute post-settlement fees. Adjustments:

• Payment reversals, chargebacks, and transaction disputes
• Fraud prevention measures and risk management processes
• Payment network settlement timing and clearing requirements
• Processor fees, penalties, and third-party payment costs
• Compliance with financial regulations and legal obligations

7.3 Withdrawal Review and Timing Restrictions

All withdrawal requests are subject to manual or automated risk review prior to processing. To support fraud prevention, financial integrity, and compliance obligations, withdrawals may be limited in frequency, including a restriction of no more than one (1) withdrawal request per User within a twenty-four (24) hour period. BloxyTrade reserves the right to impose additional timing delays or restrictions where necessary for risk management or compliance purposes.

7.4 Risk-Based KYC and AML Measures

BloxyTrade implements risk-based compliance measures designed to prevent fraud, abuse, money laundering, terrorist financing, and other unlawful activity, including Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") controls proportionate to the nature, volume, and risk profile of activity conducted on the platform.

These measures are applied in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including, where relevant, frameworks derived from United States federal and state laws, European Union regulations and directives, and other international standards governing financial crime prevention.

7.5 Verification Triggers and Cumulative Review

BloxyTrade may, at its discretion, require Users to provide additional information, documentation, or identity verification in connection with withdrawal requests, high-value or cumulative transaction volume, frequency of withdrawals, unusual or suspicious activity patterns, geographic risk indicators, or activity flagged by internal monitoring systems or third-party payment service providers.

Verification requirements may change over time based on ongoing risk assessments and evolving legal, regulatory, or payment-partner obligations.

7.6 Failure to Provide Required Information

Failure or refusal to provide requested information or complete verification when required may result in delayed, restricted, or denied withdrawals, suspension or limitation of account functionality, or termination of access to the platform, without liability to BloxyTrade.

7.7 Cryptocurrency Withdrawals

Users acknowledge and agree that cryptocurrency withdrawals are irreversible once initiated. Completed crypto payouts cannot be reversed, refunded, or recovered for any reason, including disputes, chargebacks, unauthorized payment claims, or user error. BloxyTrade bears no responsibility for losses arising from completed cryptocurrency transactions.

7.8 Platform Role and Regulatory Status

BloxyTrade operates solely as an online marketplace facilitating transactions involving virtual goods between users. BloxyTrade is not a bank, credit institution, electronic money institution, money services business, or cryptocurrency exchange, and does not provide financial, investment, or custodial services. Any KYC, AML, or compliance-related measures implemented by BloxyTrade are limited to marketplace risk management and fraud prevention and do not constitute an assertion of regulated status except to the extent required by applicable law.

8. BOTS & PLATFORM RESPONSIBILITY

Our service relies on automated systems to facilitate trades and in-game activities swiftly. We prioritize the safety of our bot network and the security of your items above all else, implementing rigorous measures to protect our ecosystem.

Since we operate within third-party ecosystems, including Roblox, our automated accounts and bot network may be affected by events, restrictions, outages, policy changes, enforcement actions, security measures, technical failures, network interruptions, service provider issues, payment processor issues, legal or regulatory requirements, or any other disruption outside BloxyTrade's direct control. You acknowledge that BloxyTrade cannot be held liable for resulting delays, inconveniences, interruptions, limitations, item unavailability, or potential losses caused by such external circumstances. We are dedicated to preventing and mitigating these situations wherever possible and protecting your assets at all times.

It is your responsibility to verify trade details and ensure you are interacting with verified bot accounts. If you notice any irregularities or have concerns about a bot's status, please reach out to our support team immediately through our official channels.

9. DISPUTES

9.1 Arbitration Agreement

In the event of any dispute arising between You and the Website, the parties will make their best efforts to solve such dispute in good faith within a reasonable time. By agreeing, you and the Company waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action. Claims must be brought on an individual basis.

10. THIRD-PARTY TRADEMARKS & NOMINATIVE FAIR USE

BloxyTrade is an independent, third-party marketplace and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Roblox Corporation, Uplift Games, BIG Games, Rumble Studios, Murder Mystery 2, or any other game developer or publisher. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and in-game intellectual property referenced on this Website are the property of their respective owners.

Any use of third-party names, brands, or game titles on this Website is solely for descriptive and referential purposes under the doctrine of Nominative Fair Use, in order to accurately identify the virtual items and services available on our platform. Such use does not imply any relationship, affiliation, or endorsement between BloxyTrade and the respective trademark holders.
